In Groningen is een man opgepakt om de tattoo in zijn nek. De tattoo bestaat uit de letters ACAB, volgens de politie betekent dat All Cops Are Bastards. De man vindt dat onzin, hij zegt dat het voor Acht Cola Acht Bier staat. Volgens de politie zei de man eerst dat het voor All Cops Are Bastards stond, maar later kwam hij met een andere verklaring. Het is, zegt de politie, aan de rechter om te bepalen of iemand met zo'n tattoo mag rondlopen. De man wordt ook verdacht van drugshandel.

They believe the letters stand for the English slogan 'All Cos Are Bastards', and say they are taking the insult extremely seriously. Initially, the 30-year-old man admitted he had got the tattoo because he was angry with the police. However, he later changed his story, saying the letters stood for the Dutch, 'Acht Cola, Acht Bier', which means 'eight cokes, eight beers'. He has also been charged with offences relating to drugs he was found to be carrying after he was taken into custody.
